Black bean Salsa

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed

1 can (10 oz) Ro-Tel Tomatos (diced with green chiles), drained

1/2 cup whole kernel corn, frozen or canned

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

1 Tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon cumin

Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Serve with tortilla chips, on chicken, or burritos. Enjoy!
