It’s been a very busy week, so I thought I’d just give you a synopsis of what’sbeen going on at our house….Hence – The Friday Five!

1. Summer can’t come soon enough! (See post below) Punky and I “fight” every morning now as he thinks summer is here —and that means Mommy doesn’t work…..so why is he going to daycare? 😦 I try to explain….One more week…..but he doesn’t get that.
2. Hubby is going to the lake this weekend with his Dad and his brother so they can fix the dock and get it into the water. Punky and I have some “secret” plans back at home during this time! 😉 (They’re “secret” to Daddy)
3. I had my “End of the Year Celebration” last night for our school. I had a great time. I have been toying around with applying for a different job within our district, but I think yesterday, I decided to stay put…at Jackson…in my room…with my kids. 🙂
4. I am meeting a friend of mine from college tonight for supper. Haven’t seen her in over 2 years! I am excited to catch up!
5. I am planning a get-together with the “Three Musketeers” from high school days. Darci will be back in the US of A for a few weeks, and her mom just happens to live near Leah’s family in Iowa City! So, I’m going to head down to the Iowa City area soon and meet up with the gals! 😉 We haven’t seen each other since my wedding day – August 2, 2003. I saw Leah December of 2005……but it’s been awhile! TOO LONG if you ask me!
