I absolutely LOVE MAYA ANGELOU.  She is beyond wisdom.  Beyond grace.  Beyond extraordinary.  She puts life into perspective and into the “right” words.  She is truly a PHENOMENAL WOMAN.  (Best poem ever!)

This quote above is helping me greatly at work.  You have to believe that if a person is doing something wrong, they just don’t know any better…so give them the skills.   Teach them how to be better. Then, if they refuse, you’re having a totally different conversation.  

It’s amazing how this thinking can totally transcend your thoughts, actions, and your being.  It lets me let a lot of the negativeness go…and it goes far away.  I find myself much more relaxed and ready to face the real issues each day.
