A Pictorial Summer Summary (Half-way point)

So, I was scrolling through my iPhone pics yesterday when I posted about the 4th of July…and I realized I had neglected to share a whole bunch of things we have done this summer. So, a review…picture style…

A yummy lunch at Chris & Rob's to kick off summer!
Dada felt left out since we did "lunch" so we kicked off summer with a dinner at Bascali's in St. Paul, too!
After Bascali's we hit Izzy's Ice Cream in St. Paul. Punky loves him some ice cream!
Punky REALLY liked the malted chocolate ball at the bottom of the cone which stops the leaking as you eat the ice cream cone!
Father's Day lunch was at Bronco's Sandwiches in Anoka. Punky wasn't very impressed, but he sure liked the huge cookie!
My boys all a-smiling on Father's Day. 🙂
Then we brought Punky to see a Laurel & Hardy movie at the Heights Theater. He really liked the organ playing before the movie!
Stopped at my father-in-law's that night to bring him supper. The cottonwood trees made his driveway look like it had snowed!
Lots of t-ball games and pictures this summer (but you already knew that!)
I've spent a fair amount of time this summer battling The Dark Side.
We've played with friends a lot, too!
Taken a fair number of baths…
And have watched a large number of baseball games…both at the park and on TV.

All in all, it’s been a GREAT first half of the summer! We have LOTS to look forward to in the second half!
