That karma thing is a bitch!

So, yesterday (Monday), I made the comment several times that I was so glad Punky had escaped the plague that seemed to rip through daycare last week.

This morning, my poor boy woke up with a fever.

Keith stayed home with him today.

My day is tomorrow (Wednesday).

Punky’s fever was at 102.7 this evening right before bed. 😦 Poor kid.

Keith sent me the above picture of Punky this afternoon…parked on the couch watching TV.  Poor little guy is just wiped.

Of course this week is just plain packed with various meetings at work/school.   This is just one of those little speed bumps in life that make ya pause, slow down, and take in life with real slow deep breaths.

With that said….”Happy snuggling day with Mama” tomorrow!!! 🙂
