This morning:

Me:  That’s it……I’m calling Santa.  You’re not listening to Mommy.

Punky:  No!  You no know his number.

Me: Yes, I do.   All parents have his phone number.

Punky: Mama, you caaaaaan’ttttttttt call him.  He no have a phone at his home.

P.S.  While searching for an image to post, I found this site.  Very interesting… never heard of this before.  Kinda spendy for one phone call!

I’m going to use this. My four year old also told me last night that Santa doesn’t have a phone when I threatened to call.

I email Santa when the kids have gone to bed…wink wink…My hubby is a fireman and sometimes has to work on Christmas Day for 24 hours so misses the whole Santa thing…Therefore Santa gets a mommy email explaining things so he comes Xmas eve morning …they fall for it every time

We use this on a lot too. We currently have the 4 stages of naughty behaviour. Stage 4 is a phone call to santa.

Last year I actually “called him”. The children were mortified! He told me that he was very busy and could I call him back later… So they had the opportunity to be good and show me that they could be good… Surprising how well that day went!

Let me know what you’re thinkin’!
