Is it Friday already?!??!?!?!   😉   Here are this weeks favorites in my world….

  1. This week, I am loving the namerings I ordered at the Great Minnesota Get-Together (aka The State Fair).  I have “Tendrils *heart* Hubby” (ok, I used our real names on the rings!) on one band…….and “Punky” on a thinner band that I wear above ours.    I ordered them from this place.   I *heart* them!
  2. My Chicago Cubs!    They can clinch their division tonight!!   Go Cubs, Go!
  3. The Wild Pumpkin drink at Caribou Coffee right now.   Smashing!   (ok, but I order it with skim milk and no whip!)
  4. My new jeans from Old Navy!   I love Old Navy jeans.  My legs are so long, and their tall size fits me perfectly!  I got 2 new pairs last night.
  5. Twitter.   It’s been helping me get through the day today!

    OMG OMG OMG!!!!! Say a freaking prayer, woman! Never EVER speak of that baseball team from the Windy City with such clarity! You must use code!!!!! I’m shaken to my core! Ahhhhh….. Never speak of their record! AGH! Recognize it and let it go!!!!! AGHHGHGHGHGHGHGHGHGH!!!!! I think I need to sit down awhile! Put my head between my knees or something!!!!!!

    AAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I just checked the score and they’re down 9-0 in the 4th!!!!! My God, throw some salt over your shoulder! Spin three times and spit on the ground! Do something!!!!! WAhhhhhh!!!

    Shit! It’s the 7th inning and now 12-2. 😦 Maybe tomorrow. (that seems to be the mantra for Cubs fans……..”maybe next ______”) LOL!

    Those are really nice rings!

    We don’t have a Caribou Coffee. Is that drink somewhat like Starbuck’s spiced pumpkin latte? You’ve got me wanting to check it out. But I gotta have the whip! :v)
