I got my first manicure and pedicure at the place I used to go to with my mother-in-law! I haven’t been there since she passed away in late August. On a whim yesterday, I called and set up an appointment for afterschool. When I got there, the lady who always did Miriam’s nails was who I had an appointment with! 🙂 We laughed and talked about Miriam the whole time. The lady had just thought that Miriam had moved away…and never said goodbye. She was so sweet. She asked me to say hi to her the next time I go to the cemetery. I had a nice time……and ooooohhhhhhh did the mani and pedi feel good! 😉
