Why did you start to blog in the first place? Is your blog a dirty little secret, or do you tell everyone you meet about it? If it’s a secret, do you think it’ll ever not be one? If it isn’t a secret, did you have to explain what a blog was to people when you told them you had one? How hard was that?

I started a blog to get my thoughts out….and since I live away from my family, I thought it was an easy way to keep connected. I wish more people in my family did it. I think they would have fun…. In the meantime, I’ve “met” lots of bloggy friends and have learned LOTS of cool new things! I love it!

Yes, just about everyone I know knows about it. My blog really helped our family get through the weeks before my mother-in-law’s death. People all over the world were checking in to see how the family was doing. It was also quite therapeutic for me to write about our family’s journey.
