What the hell are you thinking? A teacher orders books to give students as Christmas gifts. I (being that teacher) pay an extra $16 for rush shipping to insure that it get here in time (before Christmas break). I open the box this morning that was shipped to me to find 22 copies of a LETTER from your company!
