I am tired, and heading to bed shortly.

I spent the afternoon over at Hubby’s mom and dad’s house.   It was nice to chat with my sister-in-law and try to keep Mom’s spirits up.  Her pain started increasing during the afternoon, and into the evening it was becoming more difficult for her to breathe.   Oxygen was delivered to the house this evening to try to make breathing  a bit more easier for her.  Punky went over there too tonight to visit.  He always brings a huge smile to her face and that twinkle in her eye!  After I helped her get ready for bed and get her clothes all ready for tomorrow, Punky and I headed home.  Hubby is spending the night over at the house.    Tomorrow morning at 9:00, hospice is coming over to meet with the family.  At noon, we’re heading over to the hospital for another lung aspiration procedure.

As I sat there this afternoon and watched her doze off, I was again reminded of what an amazing woman she is.   Her strength is like none I’ve ever seen before!

Thank you for all of the emails and phone calls!   I’ll be printing them off and reading them to her!   🙂
