My morning today:
Written on a referral to the assistant principal’s office:
referral for inappropriate behavior and disturbing class. As I was beginning class today, student belted out his rendition of “Row, Row, Row, Your Boat” which included the following lines:
“Roll, Roll, Roll, your joint
Twist it on the end
Light it up, Take a puff.
And pass it to your friends…….”
Summer……….where are YOU????? I’m ready for you NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Yikes…glad I made my exodus last year from the school system albeit it was a private school…. kind of makes you wonder about the future society….
by the way for all your tendrils’ ink blog readers all is well with the world… Grandma Knock Knock finally received her mother’s day gift and the darling metal duck pair is out in the yard…..causing a slight stir with the real ducks that happen upon my yard during the day…thanks so much Punky…and your clever Mom. I love them but I love you guys more!!
Yikes. Teachers do not have it easy. I bet you have enough stories to fill a dozen books.
