so, yesterday i was pulling around the corner and into the driveway and the garage door opened about 2 inches then closed again….Hubby came racing out of the house….I guess from inside it sounded as though I hit the garage! So………..the springs went out on our garage door with Hubby’s car trapped inside.

So, this morning, he called a place to come out and look at it. Out came Lupe to check it out! What a cool guy! Punky was enthralled with the whole process…….but now the springs are fixed and it’s up and running again! YEAH! (And only $170 plus we had a $30 off coupon…….not too bad……even though we don’t have that money lying around…)

tomorrow is the big BEARS game! My brother-in-law is going to the game! I am jealous…..but it’ll be COLD! I hope they win! Last Superbowl they were in, I was in 6th grade! January 1986!!!!!! Superbowl XX (If you want to see it, my dad still has it on tape!) The year of the Superbowl Shuffle!

Tomorrow evening is my date with hubby. We’re heading to Pazzaluna for dinner in St. Paul. Then we have tickets to the Ordway to see the touring production of Chicago! I am excited! I even went out and got a new outfit for the occasion! I can’t wait!
